Sales and Account Manager _ Tech Staffing and Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Account Manager with proven expertise in domestic IT staffing who can drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver strategic value to our customers.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Drive new client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Cross-sell Orcapod’s HR & staffing solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory)
- Strong track record in sales & account management.
- Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
