The RO, RE, RM - Housing Loans position is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of housing loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients while adhering to all regulatory and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate and process housing loan applications from clients.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analysis of applicants.
- Provide guidance to clients on loan products and terms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all applications and approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies for housing loans.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-9 years of experience in housing loans or related financial services.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of housing loan products and the lending process.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
