Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Intern / Fresher

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Research trending topics, industry updates, and creative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support in community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing team members for campaigns.
- Track and report basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers).
- Assist in shooting and editing short-form videos/reels.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, stories, polls, and interactive content.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
- Basic understanding of how content performs differently on YouTube, Instagram, and X including platform-specific formats, audience behavior, and trending content styles.'
- Passion for social media trends, digital storytelling, and brand communication.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
