We are looking for a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of MEP systems during the construction and commissioning phases of mission-critical data centre projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all MEP aspects on-site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, timelines, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on-site MEP execution for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems in large-scale data centre projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and vendors to ensure alignment of installation with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervise and control the installation of systems such as HVAC, UPS, DG sets, chillers, BMS, fire suppression, and structured cabling.
- Monitor MEP work progress against schedule, and lead daily site coordination and review meetings.
- Conduct technical review of shop drawings, method statements, and testing protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Uptime Institute Tier guidelines, ASHRAE, IEEE, and NFPA standards relevant to DC environments.
- Proactively resolve site issues, clashes, and delays related to MEP execution.
- Manage material approvals, delivery tracking, and on-site storage compliance.
- Lead MEP commissioning support in coordination with OEMs and third-party commissioning agents.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards, data center security protocols, and permit systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including as-built drawings, snag lists, test reports, and handover packages.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 14 years' experience in MEP project execution, with at least 3 years on live or greenfield data center projects.
- Deep understanding of MEP systems used in mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of Tier III/Tier IV DC standards and best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering projects under tight timelines and quality constraints.
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, BIM 360, and commissioning software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill
