If you love building with LLMs beyond demos—shipping usable workflows, improving retrieval, and turning messy content into structured AI assets—this role is for you. What you’ll own (two tracks) 1) Enterprise-Grade AI Frameworks - Build and improve LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, prompt systems - Define evaluation approach (quality metrics, tests, guardrails) - Package reusable components so they can scale across use-cases 2) GTM School Digital Library - Create taxonomy + metadata structure for knowledge assets - Automate ingestion + make content searchable + usable (learning objects, templates) You’ll work closely with founder/consulting/content teams and support client pilots with rapid prototyping + iteration.
