This is a pure sales revenue-focused role, where your primary responsibility is to reach out to professionals, firms, and organizations across 100+ countries, onboarding them into our global membership network. Key Responsibilities - Drive global outreach & campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and partnerships. - Build and maintain high-value prospect databases. - Lead membership onboarding, revenue growth, and partner relationships. - Contribute to content ideas, digital campaigns, and performance tracking. - Take full ownership of lead generation, funnel building, and conversions. Who We’re Looking For - Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years). - Ambitious, proactive, and eager to build a career in international sales & marketing. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Independent, disciplined, and ready for a startup environment. Compensation Structure Assessment Period (First 30 days): ₹10,000 stipend From Month 2 onward: - Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 - Performance Bonus: ₹10,000 - Total Remuneration: ₹50,000+ per month This is a performance-based growth role: your results directly define your earnings and your future with us.
