We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in building scalable automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to design and implement effective test strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
- Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality across web, API, and integration layers.
- Write feature files with clear, business-oriented scenarios and maintain reusable step definitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage.
- Implement and maintain Page Object Model (POM) for scalable and maintainable automation.
- Build and extend core framework utilities such as wrappers, waits, retry mechanisms, and driver handling.
- Ensure clean code practices in test automation frameworks (SOLID principles, OOP concepts).
- Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to overall process improvements.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in automation testing.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
