Banking Lawyer

We’re Hiring: Associate / Senior Associate – Banking & Finance Location: Mumbai Qualification: Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India Experience: 1–6 years in Banking & Finance Practice We are looking for Associates/Senior Associates to join our Banking & Finance practice. Expertise in the Banking & Finance Practice: • Financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending • Project finance and infrastructure financing • Working capital and term loan facilities • Securitisation and structured finance • Debt capital markets, including bond/debenture issuances • Acquisition finance and leveraged finance • Distressed debt and debt restructuring • Advisory on financing structures and emerging financial products Candidate Profile: • Strong transactional experience in banking and finance matters • Solid drafting, analytical and negotiation skills • Ability to work on multiple transactions in a dynamic environment We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
