Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in architecture, particularly in the realm of residential luxury villas. This role focuses strictly on architectural expertise and does not encompass interior design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: - Spearhead architectural design, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery. 2. Feasibility Analysis: - Collaborate with the land acquisition team to evaluate project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits. 3. Stakeholder Coordination: - Engage with sales teams, project managers, and consultants to synchronize project timelines and space programs effectively. 4.
