We are seeking an experienced Public Relations PR Manager with a strong background in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance BFSI sector The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the BFSI domain and a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with journalists and media outlets As a PR Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR initiatives to enhance the company s reputation drive brand awareness and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders Responsibilities Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Banking Financial Services and Insurance industry staying abreast of industry trends regulations and market dynamics Translate complex financial and industry topics into compelling and accessible narratives for media consumption Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists editors and media influencers within the BFSI sector Proactively engage with key media contacts to secure positive coverage manage interviews and facilitate media partnerships Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives ensuring consistent messaging across various channels Create press releases media kits and other communication materials showcasing the company s achievements innovations and thought leadership Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences Develop and maintain crisis communication plans ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to any unforeseen challenges Act as a spokesperson during crises and manage communication to minimize reputational damage Oversee the planning and execution of PR events conferences and product launches Identify speaking opportunities for key executives at relevant industry events Provide regular reports on PR activities coverage and impact on brand perception Requirements 5-8 years of experience in PR communications or reputation management Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with fintech stock broking investing or BFSI sectors is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at various organizational levels Familiarity with digital PR tools and social media platforms Prior experience in agency and or in-house PR roles preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or a related field If you have a passion for the BFSI industry a knack for storytelling and a proven ability to navigate the media landscape we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our company s success Benefits An unbiased inclusive work culture that thrives on collaboration and high performance Opportunities to drive career development through professional development and path-breaking innovation A competitive compensation package with a best-in-class 360 wellness program covering Mental Financial and Physical Health
