We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Cafe Partners to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and eager to learn about cafe operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist in daily cafe operations including customer service, food preparation, and cleaning.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Maintain inventory and assist with stock management.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers and respond to their needs effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve cafe goals.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
