- Service Engineer Diesel Forklift Division 30K To 35K Position Title Service Engineer - Diesel Forklift Industry Material Handling Equipment Diesel Forklifts We are the authorized dealers for ACE Forklifts Simson spares and hand Truck Pallets We provide comprehensive sales service and parts support for all types of material handling and lifting equipment Qualification ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering DME B E Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Experience 2-5 years of experience in servicing diesel forklifts or similar material handling equipment Freshers with ITI or DME qualifications may also apply Conditions Apply Roles Responsibilities Install commission and conduct pre-delivery inspection PDI for diesel forklifts Diagnose and repair diesel engine transmission hydraulic and electrical system faults Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to breakdown service calls at customer sites Support warranty claims by submitting accurate service reports and failure analysis Provide operator training on forklift usage daily checks and safety procedures Maintain service logs prepare reports and update digital service records in the system Coordinate with the parts department for timely availability of spares Ensure compliance with OEM service standards safety protocols and company procedures Skills Attributes Strong knowledge of diesel engines hydraulics and basic electrical systems Ability to handle field service independently and communicate effectively with customers Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to travel within the assigned region for service support Location National Forklifters Mathigiri Hosur Salary Commensurate with qualification and experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 500 00 - 35 500 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
