Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate business through online platforms like Upwork.
- Write effective proposals for SEO, Digital Marketing, and PPC projects.
- Maintain strong client communication and handle project discussions.
- Identify client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for project execution.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and convert them into successful deals.
- Build long-term professional relationships with international clients.

Requirements:

- 12 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork (mainly SEO, PPC & Digital Marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
