Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. - Repair or replace defective parts and components to restore functionality. Installation & Commissioning - Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery. - Support setup and calibration of equipment for smooth operations. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain maintenance logs, records, and service reports accurately. - Report equipment performance, breakdowns, and interventions to supervisors. Safety & Compliance - Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies. - Use PPE appropriately and adhere to permit-to-work and safety standards. .Team Support & Coordination - Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to resolve issues. - Support production teams by minimizing downtime and participating in overhauls or shutdowns.
