Job Description Infra (SM Level) About Information Technology: The Information Technology at Axis Bank aims to enable sophisticated product development, better market infrastructure, implementation of reliable techniques for control of risks and to help the financial intermediaries to reach geographically distant and diversified markets About the Role: Service Delivery Team Lead responsible for L3 Level activities and Project implementation, Standardization, Escalation Management, SLA Adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Installation, Configuration and trouble shooting of issues as part of Service operations. - Administration, Addressing performance related issues. - SOP creation & Runbook. - Handling L2 & L3 Tickets. - Administration, Configuration, Troubleshooting. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Intermediate Level- Microsoft, RHEL, IBM-AIX, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, EMC Networker, CISCO, Juniper, HPE, Oracle, VMware, F5, Radware, ITIL. - Graduation with Computer & Electronics background. - Bachelor in Computer science or B.E. Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: - Administration, Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, Ticket tools, SOP creation.
