Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and promote our premium juice with Nata de Coco. This is a field sales role, where you will be responsible for securing orders from supermarkets, general stores, bakeries, hotels, and restaurants. You will also identify and onboard distributors in different areas to ensure smooth and consistent product supply. A company vehicle will be provided, but you must own a valid driving license and have your own vehicle to perform fieldwork effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition: Client Outreach: Visit potential clients, including supermarkets, general stores, bakeries, hotels, and restaurants, to promote and sell premium juice with Nata de Coco. New Accounts: Focus on acquiring new clients and building relationships with business owners, chefs, and purchasing managers. Product Demonstration: Provide product samples and presentations to clients to showcase the quality and benefits of the juice with Nata de Coco. Market Research: Research and identify new potential clients and markets within the designated region to increase sales opportunities. 2. Order Management & Sales Target Achievement: Order Generation: Secure regular orders from existing and new clients, ensuring consistent sales growth and a steady order pipeline. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for securing orders from retail stores, hotels, restaurants, and distributors. Price Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and negotiate deals with clients to maximize sales while maintaining profitability. Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels in the market and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries to clients. 3. Distributor Identification & Onboarding: Distributor Search: Identify and establish relationships with distributors in various regions to ensure a smooth supply chain for the product. Distributor Engagement: Educate and support distributors, ensuring they understand the product and its benefits to help increase distribution reach. Supply Chain Coordination: Work with distributors to maintain inventory levels and manage orders to ensure on-time delivery to clients. 4. Market Feedback & Product Promotion: Market Insights: Collect feedback from clients and distributors about the product’s market reception, customer preferences, and any potential improvements. Brand Promotion: Promote the brand in the market, ensuring strong visibility of the premium juice with Nata de Coco through product placement and marketing materials. Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to help adjust sales strategies and pricing. 5. Reporting & Documentation: Sales Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client meetings, and sales performance to the Sales Manager. Sales Documentation: Ensure all sales transactions, invoices, and client agreements are documented accurately for future reference and follow-ups. Sales Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts based on the orders you’ve secured and the potential for future business. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (required). A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred). Skills: Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other aspects of the sale effectively. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and distributors. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and commitment to achieving sales targets. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and sales leads. Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the product and its market, or willingness to quickly learn about the juice with Nata de Coco and its selling points.
