10+ Years ⚠️ Hospital Finance Experience is MUST 💰 Fund Raising Experience is MUST We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function and support the hospital’s financial growth and expansion plans. 🔹
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations of the hospital
- Monitor OPD/IPD revenue, billing, collections & revenue leakage
- Handle TPA / Insurance billing, receivables & claim reconciliation
- Prepare and monitor MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
- Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
- Monitor Budget vs. Actuals and drive cost optimization
- Manage working capital, cash flow and liquidity
- Handle fund raising activities, debt/equity funding and financial arrangements
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investors and funding partners
- Prepare financial projections, business plans and funding-related MIS
- Manage doctor payouts, vendor payments and financial controls
- Ensure GST, TDS, taxation and other statutory compliance
- Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors
- Monitor departmental profitability and overall hospital financial performance
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team 🔹 Candidate Profile: 🎓 Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.

Experience:
