Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Ecommerce Manager at CAO Jewellery. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the online sales channels, manage digital marketing initiatives, and optimize the online customer journey. Responsibilities include monitoring e-commerce analytics, identifying growth opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies, coordinating with teams to update product listings, and ensuring high-quality customer service through online platforms. The role also involves management of promotional campaigns and exploring emerging e-commerce trends for sustained growth. Qualifications - Strong understanding of E-Commerce operations and Marketing strategies - Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to boost online revenue - Excellent Analytical Skills to track performance metrics and optimize processes - Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders - Experience with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEO strategies, and online marketplaces - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven record of successful e-commerce campaign management and customer engagement - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
