We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of building projects while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics. - Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential projects. - Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and project goals. - Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software. - Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately. - Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide solutions to design or construction challenges. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies. - Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture. - [3–5 years] of experience in architectural design and execution (as per role level: Junior/Senior). - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other design software. - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. - Creative, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
