Job Description Industry: Software Development / DevOps Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-time About the Rol eOur client is seeking a Software Craftsperson with strong experience in Java and Angular to join their engineering team. This role is ideal for developers who take pride in clean, test-driven code, embrace Extreme Programming principles, and are passionate about building scalable, high-quality software .As part of a DevOps-focused organization, you will own the entire release cyclefrom writing code to deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production systems. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions with an AI-first approach to development . What You'll - DoTest-Driven Development: Write tests first to ensure predictable, reliable outcome - s.Clean Code: Produce self-explanatory, maintainable, and high-quality cod - e.Frequent Releases: Deliver small, frequent, production-ready update - s.Pair Programming & Reviews: Collaborate with peers to improve quality and efficienc - y.Full-Stack Ownership: Work across front-end and back-end, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructur - e.Continuous Improvement: Commit to learning, adopting AI tools, and evolving workflow - s.Collaboration: Partner with product teams to roll out new features and fixes rapidl y.
