Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Business Development - Export Customers of Gulf Countries, Australia, Canada, UK & America in consultation with Head Exports & ensuring compliance to Yearly business plan.

2.Identifying New Projects & Key customers importing globally particularly from Asia.

3.Export Pricing in consent with Head Exports

4.Customer Registration / Plant Approvals Strategy of Product range with Stockiest & Distributors, Oil & Gas companies, EPCs & Contractors.

5.Enhancing visibility ofProduct range by penetrating new/unexplored markets & customers.

6.Market Intelligence, updates, Competitors action and plan our marketing strategies accordingly in consent with Head Exports.

7.Revival of Customers and development of relationship with the Key decision makers.

8.Expediting Delivery in coordination with plant production and dispatch planning in compliance to yearly business plan.

9.Handling of Customer Complaints (if any) and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.

10.Tender/ Techno Commercial offer preparation and ensure timely bid supply with relevant documentation and to ensure that the bid is fully compliant and qualified.

11.Negotiation with clients and devising Supply Contract with Clients, Contract Reviews, Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee Review & submission.

12.Appointments of Agents / Representatives in assigned territories.

13.Preparing Agent agreements in concurrence with the finance and legal requirements.

14.Smooth Execution of Orders received from clients for Supply of Pipes by co-ordination with internal departments like Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance Department.

15.Follow-up with Client for timely Payments, Release of Bank Guarantee and Order Closures.

16.Planning Promotional Activities in Oil and Gas Exhibitions.

17.Businessdevelopment,New businessgenerationresearch

18.Creating Cost sheet in SAP, offline & coordinating with various departments for all Europe, Australia & LATAMinquiries.

19.Actassinglepointofsourcebetweenclient&various internaldepartments.

20.Understandingb2bsales &marketing,BrandBuilding

21.Responsibleofmaintainingallmarketing&plantdata forcustomerpurpose.
