Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Recruiter - Immediate Joiner at Expert Law. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs. The role will involve implementing creative recruitment strategies, maintaining applicant tracking systems efficiently, and ensuring candidates have a streamlined and professional experience. Qualifications Proven experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strategic and creative thinking for developing innovative recruitment approaches Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with legal services or professional services industries is a plus
