JP Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Lab Assistant to join our team in the realm of Cosmetic Third-Party Manufacturing As a Lab Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing laboratory ensuring the quality and efficiency of our cosmetic products Responsibilities Assist in the formulation development and testing of cosmetic products according to established protocols and procedures Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for production and testing purposes Conduct various tests and analyses on raw materials intermediates and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and product specifications Document and record experimental data test results and procedures accurately and in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices GLP Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research Development Quality Assurance and Production to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of laboratory supplies and reagents and coordinating procurement as needed Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment in the laboratory Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements and efficiency improvements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Chemistry Biochemistry Chemical Engineering or related field BSc in Chemistry preferred Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment preferably in the cosmetic or personal care industry Strong understanding of laboratory techniques equipment operation and chemical principles Knowledge of cosmetic formulation product development and testing methodologies is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and laboratory software applications Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 12 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Ability to commute relocate Parwanoo Himachal Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
