About the RoleAs a Business Manager-Program Operations, you will anchor the Control Tower for Pricing Strategy, ensuring rigorous governance, end-to-end process adherence, and disciplined execution across all pricing programs. This includes defining control mechanisms, monitoring compliance with standard operating procedures, identifying deviations, and driving timely corrective actions. The Program Manager will act as the central owner of operational excellence-ensuring every pricing workflow is executed with accuracy, predictability, and consistency, while enabling scalable and audit-ready processes for the Marketplace team. What you will do - You will drive marketplace and pricing growth by constantly monitoring key metrics and the competition landscape on pricing - Define, design, and implement scalable processes to strengthen Pricing and Marketplace operations - Conduct competitive pricing analysis across similar marketplaces and derive the right pricing recommendations aligned with market standards - You will work with analytics teams to set up robust alerts and dashboard while coordinating with business and product teams to build centralized control over all metrics - You will work with the business finance and pricing team to build in stability of shipping revenue and all its components - Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities across pricing workflows and implement corrective actions - Drive strategic planning cycles - timelines, deliverables, reporting mechanisms, and governance - Manage relationship with vendors that enable measuring and monitoring of pricing metrics - You will identify broader trends and fill in pricing gaps in the market - You will manage and track key metrics that affect pricing and be responsible for their movement What you will need - Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is a plus - 2-4 years of experience in Program Management / Strategy / Operations or similar Process Excellence or Execution-heavy roles - Strong analytical skills with ability to break down ambiguous problems - High bias for execution, ownership, and structured thinking - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams - Strong process excellence and program management, reporting, and communication skills - Experience in process setup, process optimization, or building 01 systems is a strong advantage - A hustler mindset with a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions About us Welcome to Meesho, where every story begins with a spark of inspiration and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
