Role Summary: OwlSure, A business unit of ValueMomentum, is hiring for a Lead Integration Developer with strong Azure experience to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale integrations across cloud and on-premises systems. This role is responsible for integration architecture, standards, mentoring developers, and delivery of secure, scalable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services. - Define integration architecture patterns (API-led connectivity, event-driven). - Develop and manage REST/GraphQL APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event workflows. - Own integration standards, reusable components, error-handling frameworks, and logging strategies. - Work with platform, application, and data teams to onboard integrations. - Ensure security, scalability, resiliency, and observability across integrations. - Review designs and code; provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration developers. - Support CI/CD pipelines for integrations and promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration designs. Required Skills Azure Integration - Azure Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard) - Azure API Management (APIM) - Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs - Azure Functions (C# preferred) - Azure Key Vault Integration & Architecture - API-led connectivity and contract-first design - Event-driven and message-based architectures - OAuth2, OpenID Connect - JSON, XML, REST, Webhooks - Enterprise integration patterns (EIP) DevOps & Governance - Azure DevOps - ARM / Bicep / Terraform - Monitoring with Application Insights, Log Analytics - Versioning, throttling, and API governance Experience & Qualifications - 8–12+ years of IT experience - 5+ years in integration-focused roles - Strong Azure production experience - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Soft Skills - Strong architectural thinking - Stakeholder communication - Mentoring and team leadership - Problem solving across distributed systems
