Solution Design: - Develop end-to-end solutions based on customer needs, utilizing the latest technologies in server, storage, HPC, and related infrastructure. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to create customized solutions aligned with customer goals. 1. Presales Support: - Provide technical support to the sales team during the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and creating technical documentation. 1. Market Awareness: - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape related to high-end computing solutions. - Contribute market insights to inform the development of new products and services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a presales capacity, with expertise in server, storage, HPC, and related technologies. - Strong knowledge of IT hardware, high-performance computing, and storage infrastructure. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management. - Relevant certifications are a plus.
