Your Role

You are a detail-oriented developer with a passion for experimentation and optimization. You thrive in cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies.

Role Overview:

As an Adobe Target Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalization strategies that drive user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
- Implement personalization campaigns based on user behavior, segmentation, and business goals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and content strategists to ensure seamless integration of test elements.
- Work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Target, Analytics, Launch) to deliver data-driven experiences.
- Monitor and analyze test performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking for experiments using Adobe Launch or other tag management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test deployment, targeting, and data collection.

- Adobe Target – Expertise in setting up and managing A/B tests, XT activities, and personalization campaigns.
- JavaScript/HTML/CSS – Strong front-end development skills for customizing test elements and experiences.
- Adobe Launch (Tag Management) – Experience in configuring and deploying tags for tracking and targeting.
- Adobe Analytics – Ability to interpret data and integrate analytics with Target for enhanced reporting.
- REST APIs & Data Layer Integration – Familiarity with APIs and data layers to support dynamic targeting and personalization.
