Legal Executive

Position: Legal Executive Location: Thenkasi, Tamil Nadu Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Note: Hiring for Client Job Overview We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Executive to manage legal documentation, contracts, and compliance-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for vetting, drafting, and reviewing agreements, supporting internal teams with legal queries, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/BL – mandatory). - Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal work or litigation support. - Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent drafting, reviewing & interpretation skills. - Strong communication, negotiation & documentation abilities. - Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities - Vetting, drafting & reviewing contracts, MoUs, lease agreements, service agreements and other legal documents. - Providing legal opinions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws & regulations. - Coordinating with external legal counsels for company litigations & case-related matters. - Maintaining repository of legal documents, notices & contract renewal tracking. - Handling statutory filings, licenses, renewals and regulatory requirements. - Drafting legal notices, replies, and assisting in dispute resolution. - Conducting legal risk assessments and advising management proactively. - Supporting internal departments in case of legal queries, audit requirements or negotiations.
