Job Title: BPM Technical Lead Location: Middle east Department: IT – BPM & eApplications Experience: 8–10 years overall IT experience (minimum 5 years in BPM development) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled BPM Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Newgen technologies. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives in the banking domain, focusing on systems such as Retail Loan Origination (RLOS) and Customer Onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end BPM application design, development, configuration, and deployment on Newgen platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs, Mobility). - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions. - Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems via APIs, Web Services, and third-party connectors. - Mentor and guide development teams, enforcing coding standards, performance tuning, and quality assurance. - Define and execute testing, deployment, and release management strategies. - Manage production rollouts, monitor performance, and resolve post-deployment issues. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and governance compliance. - Contribute to automation initiatives, process reengineering, and digital transformation goals. - Perform impact analysis, scalability assessments, and ensure high system availability and resilience.
