The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and providing insights for financial decision-making. Responsibilities - Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements. - Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision making. - Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, pivot table v look up QuickBooks, SAP). - Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations in India. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
