Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Media Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Digital Media Manager will oversee media planning, devise digital strategies, manage social media marketing, and handle various aspects of digital media and marketing. They will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. The role includes analyzing metrics to refine strategies and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Media Planning and Digital Strategy
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Media
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team on-site in Bengaluru
- Experience in the food or health industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and manage content across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Develop a content calendar aligned with brand goals, seasonal trends, and user interests.
- Work with chefs, nutritionists, and content creators to design appealing food stories, recipes, and wellness tips.
- Ensure all content is visually attractive, on-brand, and provides value to our audience.
- Grow and engage the online community by responding to comments, fostering conversations, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and health professionals to expand brand reach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and community feedback to continuously improve strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, new tools, and audience preferences in the food and health space.
