ABOUT US- GD Goenka Public School Bettiah Bihar is a premier CBSE institution committed to nurturing future leaders through academic excellence and holistic development We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and dynamic environment where both students and educators can thrive and reach their fullest potential We Are Looking For A passionate experienced and proactive Academic Coordinator who can lead our academic vision with energy and purpose The ideal candidate will be someone with a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum strong leadership abilities and a proven record of inspiring teachers and empowering students Key Responsibilities Ensure complete compliance with all CBSE bylaws rules and academic guidelines Oversee the entire academic cycle including curriculum planning its implementation and assessment Lead mentor and support teaching staff to foster innovative engaging and effective teaching practices Manage the planning and execution of all CBSE examinations and school-based assessments with accuracy and efficiency Analyze academic performance data to enhance student learning outcomes and bridge gaps Organize and implement teacher training programs and workshops aligned with CBSE and school initiatives Act as the primary point of academic communication with the CBSE board Required Qualifications Skills Master s degree in Education M Ed or relevant field B Ed is mandatory 8-10 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role such as Coordinator HOD or Vice Principal Strong practical knowledge of the CBSE curriculum examination processes and affiliation guidelines Proven ability in conducting teacher training and academic workshops Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and educational management software Desirable Qualities A leader who can inspire motivate and support teachers at every step A strategic thinker with a deep passion for educational innovation and excellence Someone who applies a data-driven approach to ensure every student s academic growth If you are committed to shaping the future of education and are ready to make a meaningful impact we would love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
