Job Description We required Quality head for our company at vadodara Candidate must have worked 15+ years in the CRGO/ Lamination sheet Industry Key Responsibilities: 1.Production Knowledge : o Oversee and ensure all production stages, from raw material procurement to final product inspection, meet quality standards for CRGO lamination. 2.Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Process: oFocus on maintaining up-to-date QA and QC processes for CRGO lamination production. oMonitor and implement corrective actions for any deviations from standard operating procedures. oEnsure that all inspections are carried out correctly and in a timely manner across the production line. 3.Inspection and Audit Management: oEnsure successful execution of all internal and external audits and inspections. oTrack and close Non-Conformance (NC) reports from inspections and audits, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented. oEnsure regular updates of inspection and audit documentation, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and client requirements. 4.Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ): oAccurately calculate and analyze the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) for both internal rejections and customer rejections. oIdentify areas for quality improvement and cost reduction, implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions. oWork closely with production and engineering teams to minimize rejections and reduce COPQ over time. 5.CRGO Laboratory Documentation: oPrepare, maintain, and ensure compliance with CRGO lab documents according to NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) standards. oEnsure that all laboratory tests, processes, and records are documented with full traceability and accuracy. 6.Kaizen Implementation for Continuous Improvement: oLead Kaizen initiatives aimed at achieving zero defects, reducing production breakdowns, and minimizing in-process costs. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects and ensure their successful completion. oFoster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting Kaizen principles at all levels of the QC team. 7.CRFO Lamination Sample Testing and Compliance: oEnsure all CRFO lamination sample testing is done at each stage of the CRFO lamination process. oVerify that the CRFO process is in full compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Manufacturing Assurance Plan (MAP). oReview testing results and resolve any issues that arise during sample testing. 8.Team Leadership and Development: oLead and mentor a team of QC engineers and technicians, fostering a high-performance work culture. oConduct regular training and up skilling sessions to ensure the team is aligned with industry best practices and quality standards.
