🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Informatica-based ETL architecture
- Design and implement high-performance ETL solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts and tech teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Conduct impact assessments and support full SDLC project planning
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in ETL development
- Coordinate with support teams (DBA, Unix, Informatica Admins) for issue resolution
- Work in an Onshore/Offshore model with international clients
✅ Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, and Cloud
- Expertise in ETL performance tuning, SQL, and UNIX/Linux scripting
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Glue ETL)
- Experience with TWS/Tidal schedulers
- Knowledge of data warehousing standards, SDLC, and BFSI domain
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with international teams and clients
