Hospital Information System HIS Management Operate and maintain the Hospital Information System Ensure accurate data entry updates and retrieval related to patients billing admissions diagnostics etc Coordinate with vendors for HIS support and troubleshooting Data Entry and Processing Supervise and ensure accurate data entry for patient records test results and billing information Perform data validation cleansing and backup regularly Maintain electronic medical records EMRs IT and System Support Provide technical support to hospital staff for software and hardware issues Monitor and maintain LAN WAN connectivity printers biometric systems etc Troubleshoot system errors and escalate to IT support when needed Report Generation and Analysis Generate MIS reports for management patient load revenue occupancy etc Support departments with data reports for audits compliance and decision-making Database Management Maintain and update databases containing patient doctor inventory and billing information Ensure data security backup and recovery measures are in place Coordination with Departments Liaise with administrative medical billing and laboratory departments for system-related needs Train staff on system usage and data entry standards Compliance and Data Confidentiality Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations regarding data privacy e g HIPAA if applicable Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and hospital data Software and Hardware Maintenance Support the installation and upgrade of hospital software systems Monitor and ensure proper functioning of hospital IT infrastructure Common Tools and Systems Used HIS Software Meditech eHospital HealthConnect etc Database Tools SQL Server MS Access Productivity Tools MS Excel Word Power BI for reporting Basic Networking Hardware Knowledge Key Skills Required Good knowledge of hospital workflows and data systems Proficiency in data entry database handling and report generation Basic understanding of IT support and hardware Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow data protection policies Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Shift Day shift Experience EDP Executive 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
