About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive with a strong background in marketing, campaign execution, and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in running influencer marketing campaigns, negotiating deals, and leveraging user-generated content (UGC) and barter marketing strategies.
This role requires someone who understands the influencer ecosystem, including social media trends, brand collaborations, and engagement metrics, and can drive successful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Identify relevant influencers based on brand objectives and target audience.
- Develop creative influencer strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
Influencer Outreach & Negotiation
- Source and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors for collaborations.
- Negotiate barter, paid, and long-term brand deals to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and marketing partners.
User-Generated Content (UGC) & Barter Marketing
- Develop UGC strategies to encourage organic content creation by influencers and customers.
- Leverage barter marketing strategies to maximize influencer partnerships at low cost.
- Track trending UGC formats and incorporate them into marketing plans.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor campaign KPIs, including engagement rates, conversions, impressions, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and influencer performance.
- Generate reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and viral content.
- Research competitors&apos influencer strategies and recommend innovative approaches.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
Marketing background (Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC, barter collaborations, and social media trends.
Experience in negotiating deals and managing influencer contracts.
Ability to run data-driven campaigns and track performance metrics.
Proficiency in social media analytics, influencer platforms, and CRM tools.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with influencers and brand partners.
A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
