We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Reporting / Performance II to join our Performance team. This role is located in Pune, MH-India - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Join a dynamic team, working closely with Portfolio Managers and Performance Analysts, playing an integral role in daily and monthly returns calculation for various reporting purposes. Calculate index, fund, and client returns (daily, monthly, yearly) for Active and Indexing strategies. Perform attribution analysis for Active and Indexing strategies. Reconcile cash flows between systems. Identify corporate action events impacting the performance of accounts/funds. Detect pricing issues affecting account/fund performance. Conduct account research to finalize returns. Address performance-related ad hoc queries from Portfolio Managers, Client Relationship teams, and RFP/RFQ teams. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience in Performance Measurement and Attribution. Basic understanding of Power BI and Excel macros. Familiarity with Aladdin and FactSet.
