Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and support financial reporting and audit activities The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles GST TDS and hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally Prime SAP Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Financial Operations Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales purchase payments receipts and journal vouchers Ensure accurate and timely posting of all accounting transactions 2 Statutory Compliance Taxation Prepare and file GST returns TDS and other statutory submissions on time Support audits internal and statutory by preparing required schedules and documentation Assist in tax assessments and related queries with consultants auditors 3 Bank Cash Management Manage daily cash and bank transactions including reconciliations Coordinate with banks for fund transfers LC and other banking activities Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation 4 Coordination Support Work closely with the purchase sales HR and operations teams for vendor payments and accounting entries Ensure all supporting documents are maintained for audit and internal verification Candidate Requirement Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards GST TDS and Statutory Compliance Proficiency in Tally Prime SAP and MS Excel Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation Attention to detail analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines Team player with good communication and coordination skills Female candidates preferred Qualifications B Com M Com MBA Finance 3-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Finance in a manufacturing or corporate setup Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
