Welcome to the Pact Foundation a people s NGO and think tank dedicated to creating positive societal change Our mission is to pave the way for a brighter tomorrow by working collaboratively with governments industries people and non-profit organizations to influence policies that bring about equal and quality education for every child We also strive to empower women and youth by equipping them with essential skill training nurturing their potential and fostering a culture of inclusivity We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Digital Media Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence engage our community and support our mission This role requires a blend of strategic thinking creativity and hands-on execution Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with PACT Foundation s mission and goals focusing on increasing awareness and engagement Content Creation Produce compelling content for various platforms including social media newsletters blogs and press releases to effectively communicate our initiatives and impact Social Media Management Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging reels posts monitoring interactions and analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Event Promotion Design promote and deliver workshops seminars and community outreach programs ensuring maximum participation and visibility Market Research Conduct research to understand audience preferences industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies Analytics and Reporting Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for optimisation Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing preferably within the non-profit sector Skills Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Digital Proficiency Experience with social media platforms email marketing and content management systems Creativity Ability to generate innovative ideas and content that resonate with diverse audiences Analytical Thinking Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform decisions Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person Expected Start Date 02 06 2025
