Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementations, support, and enhancements, with prior experience in the food industry being an advantage. The consultant should possess excellent communication skills, experience in onsite-offshore coordination, and a strong understanding of COPA (Profitability Analysis) and Product Costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP FI and CO module implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Provide expertise in Controlling (CO) modules including COPA (Profitability Analysis), Product Costing (PC), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders.
- Drive financial reporting, period-end closing, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Ensure alignment of SAP FICO functionalities with food industry-specific processes and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with offshore teams and coordinate onsite and offshore activities efficiently.
- Conduct functional testing, user training, and post-go-live support for SAP implementations.
- Provide guidance on best practices and continuous improvement strategies within SAP FICO.
- Work with IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure system optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of SAP FICO experience, with a strong background in both FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
- Proven expertise in COPA (Profitability Analysis) and Product Costing.
- Strong experience with FI processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Experience in CO processes including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Actual/Plan Costing.
- Industry experience in food manufacturing or food supply chain business (Preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business process mapping skills.
- Hands-on experience in integration with SAP MM, SD, PP modules.
- Experience in onsite-offshore coordination for global SAP projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.
- Ability to drive SAP FICO workshops, conduct training sessions, and support end-users.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT-related field.
- SAP FICO Certification (Preferred).
