Job Description Job Description Role Overview Lead global business process transformation with a primary focus on change management and digital innovation. Drive adoption of new processes, including AI agent deployment, user journey mapping, and requirements documentation. Key Responsibilities - Champion change management using frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin. - Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, communications, and training for digital and AI-driven initiatives. - Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and resistance management to proactively address barriers to change. - Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to align stakeholders and foster buy-in. - Monitor and report on change adoption, stakeholder feedback, and project impact. - Map user journeys to identify automation opportunities and enhance user experience. - Oversee deployment of AI technologies, including: - Conversational AI (Microsoft Copilot, Azure Bot Services, Google Dialogflow, OpenAI GPT) - Robotic Process Automation - Intelligent Document Processing - Predictive analytics/ML platforms - Create and manage user stories (INVEST, Three Cs, BDD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
