Job Description About the role We're looking for a project manager to join our team. If you're someone who loves ownership, can work on your own, and wants to be part of this sail, this is for you. What you'll do - Work with SaaS equivalent software product development teams across multiple streams. - Own and deliver releases per sprint practices. - Responsible for getting deliverables done and removing blockers along the delivery. - Facilitate business and technical requirements/design sessions and act as a subject matter expert in a specific technology or business function. - Stay involved in customer interaction, facilitating team and client meetings, and effectively communicating relevant project information to leadership. - Effectively manages client expectations by communicating regularly to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. - Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and a good understanding of the domain and technology Requirements - You've at least 2 years of hands-on experience working as a project manager.Preferred if you've work experience at a software development agency. - You've great communication skills (verbal and written). - You're driven enough to build processes that scale up. - You've a clear understanding of agile development methodology. - You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners. - You seek a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing/personal projects.
