Growth Manager

We are looking for an experiencedGrowth Manager (D2C Website/Performance Marketing)to lead and execute our growth strategy. This role is critical in scaling the business from the ground up, managing external agency relationships, optimizing advertising spend and ROAS, and ensuring the successful day-to-day performance of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing performance marketing across various channels, using data to optimize campaigns, and working with cross-functional teams and external agencies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy and Execution:
- Drive Growth from 0-100: Develop and execute growth strategies to build and scale the D2C business, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead Performance Marketing Efforts: Oversee all performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram,and others) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Optimize ROAS: Continuously monitor and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by optimizing audience targeting, ad creative, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Day-to-Day Campaign Management: Track and manage the day-to-day performance of all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and ROAS.
2. Agency Management:
- Manage External Agencies: Oversee the performance of external marketing agencies, ensuring they deliver on campaign objectives and KPIs. Provide clear direction, feedback, and strategic guidance to maximize output.
- Collaborate on Campaign Execution: Work closely with agency teams to execute media buying, creative production, and campaign optimizations.
- Hold Agencies Accountable: Monitor agency performance on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are optimized, and campaigns align with the overall growth strategy.

- Optimize Ad Spend: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across multiple channels, continuously optimizing ad spend to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor Spend vs. Revenue: Track daily spend against revenue and key performance metrics, adjusting budgets and bidding strategies to ensure campaigns meet ROAS targets and growth objectives.
- Real-Time Budget Adjustments: Make data-driven decisions to adjust budgets in real-time based on performance, market conditions, and opportunities for growth.
4. Campaign Optimization and A/B Testing:
- A/B Test Creatives and Audiences: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audiences to identify the highest-converting variations.
- Improve Conversion Rates: Collaborate with the web development and UX teams to optimize the D2C website for conversions, ensuring that the user experience is seamless from ad click to purchase.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance data to make informed decisions about campaign adjustments, creative iterations, and targeting refinements.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Track Key KPIs: Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, CTR, and churn, ensuring that all campaigns are meeting or exceeding targets.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting: Create and deliver detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and data visualization platforms (Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Attribution and Analytics: Implement and refine attribution models to accurately track customer journeys and attribute conversions to the correct marketing channels.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Product and Design Teams: Partner with the product, design, and content teams to develop marketing assets that align with brand objectives and drive engagement and conversions.
- Align with Business Goals: Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives, customer needs, and product roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth D2C environment.
- Agency Management: Proven experience managing and collaborating with digital marketing agencies to achieve growth objectives.
- Proven Track Record: Experience scaling a business from 0-100, with a deep understanding of growth marketing strategies and tactics.
- Advanced ROAS Optimization: Expertise in optimizing ROAS across multiple channels, with the ability to balance customer acquisition costs with long-term value (LTV).
- Performance Marketing Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, and CRM platforms.
- Budget Management: Experience managing and optimizing large digital marketing budgets to achieve the highest possible returns on investment.
- SEO and SEM Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO and SEM best practices to complement paid marketing efforts.
