Job Description Spes Manning Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead a team in the US Property & Casualty (P&C) - Underwriting domain. This is a crucial leadership position for a professional with a strong background in P&C underwriting and a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Assistant Managers, ensuring high performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of up to 10 Assistant Managers. - Oversee and ensure the quality of P&C underwriting processes for US clients. - Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance targets and professional growth. - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction. - Provide subject matter expertise in US P&C underwriting to resolve complex issues and challenges. Qualifications & Requirements - The candidate must be an existing Manager with proven experience in a similar role. - Must have strong skills in US P&C - Underwriting. - A track record of successfully managing and developing a team. Salary & Compensation - The salary for this role is fixed at 15-16 LPA.
