About Us SG Analytics SGA a Global Insights and Analytics company focuses on ESG Data Analytics and Investment Market research services The company has a presence in New York San Francisco Austin Seattle Toronto London Zurich Pune Bengaluru and Hyderabad and growing consistently for the last few years SGA is a Great Place To Work GPTW certified company and with its thriving work environment shaped by a growth mindset abundant learning and a meritocracy-driven culture SG Analytics has also been awarded regional best employer in 2016 2018 2020 Role REGULATORY PROJECT AND PORTFOLIO SPECIALISTPurpose The incumbent shall support the analysis and general oversight tracking of risk and regulatory projects related to the Holistic Advice value chain with a primary focus on the Banks advisory suitability and investment management processes In particular he she shall participate in the risk regulatory and or legal assessment involving the relevant subject matter experts SMEs globally to define the requirements prioritise the project pipeline and when required establish the solution concept and implementation blueprint Further he she shall help to address the relevant requirements for decision in the Investment Wealth Management Solutions governance bodies and ensure the handover to the respective product managers who are responsible for the detailed specifications and IT development The incumbent shall also build highly effective relationships across the Bank to maintain and improve knowledge of the business and its latest products and services to optimise service to clients Responsibilities Project Portfolio Management JIRA backlog and pipeline management for new requests IWMS Risk Regulatory Prioritisation Forum scheduling and preparation Secretary responsibility supporting with minutes and documentation of decisions etc Active budget tracking and timely escalation in case of deviations Delivery tracking on the projects together with the Change team Reporting related to the Risk Regulatory portfolio OKRs status reporting etc Asia Risk Regulatory Topics Support the delivery of Asia related Risk Regulatory topics within time and with high quality E2E responsibility from business analysis testing to rollout and communication Organise the monthly Asia Regulatory Working Group and supporting the preparation of meeting material driving the content where required and documenting the minutes Regulatory Budgeting Process Support the E2E budgeting process for the IWMS Risk Regulatory portfolio including Bottom-up demand identification Risk assessment review in collaboration with Advisory Risk Framework Owner Preparation of review sessions with Risk Compliance SME stakeholders Representation in the respective review sessions of Business Transformation Committee Experience SkillsProfessional and Technical Relevant higher educational and professional background with at least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst Project Manager or equivalent in the private banking industry Strong knowledge in the areas of compliance risk management and or audit Good understanding of products and investment systems processes in the global private banking context Outstanding ability to manage global virtual teams and communicate with stakeholders at any seniority level IT flair and understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery model within the financial sector Strong command over MS Office and project management tools such as Confluence JIRA etc Able to conduct in-depth data analysis and gap assessment structure and document requirements and solution options Prior experience in the area of advisory process investment suitability and product governance will be highly preferred Personal and Social Able to work independently in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a highly motivated and positive attitude Client-centric approach for all deliverables Solution-oriented and able to work in an agile setup Able to quickly innovate troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Multi-tasking capabilities good communication coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders Strong analytical and presentation skills Committed to high standards of quality and performance in all deliverables SG Analytics
