Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and service of water filters. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel within the designated area, provide high-quality customer service, and ensure that water filters are installed and serviced correctly. Freshers are welcome, and we are looking for male candidates who are comfortable working in the field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Water Filter Installation & Maintenance: Installation: Install water filtration systems at customer locations, ensuring all components are set up correctly and functioning efficiently. Routine Service: Perform regular maintenance services for water filters to ensure proper functioning and longevity. Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water filters and perform repairs as necessary. Upgrades: Assist customers in upgrading their water filtration systems and replacing outdated parts. 2. Customer Support & Interaction: Customer Communication: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any concerns they have regarding water filters. Product Demonstration: Explain the features and benefits of water filters to customers and provide training on how to use and maintain their systems. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to any service or repair issues. 3. Fieldwork & Service Requests: Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to residential and commercial locations for water filter installation, servicing, and repairs. Service Requests: Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Service Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all service visits, including details of installations, repairs, and customer feedback. 4. Inventory Management: Parts Inventory: Ensure that all necessary tools, parts, and equipment are available for the service jobs. Stock Updates: Assist in monitoring stock levels of replacement parts and filters, reporting shortages to the team. 5. Adherence to Safety Standards: Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols during installations and service activities, ensuring safe handling of tools and water filtration equipment. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and ensure the work area is left tidy after each service. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma (required). Diploma or certification in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory). Skills: Technical Skills: Basic understanding of water filtration systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair basic issues (training will be provided). Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in Kannada, Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and come up with solutions in a timely and effective manner. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers. Attention to Detail: Precision in installation and maintenance to ensure the systems work optimally. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in field service, maintenance, or a related role is a plus but not required. Other Requirements: Two-Wheeler: Own a two-wheeler (motorcycle or scooter) for field visits. Location: Willingness to work in Whitefield and surrounding areas.
