Job Description Job Description - Data Analyst/Data Modeler Data Analyst to perform data modeling, data mapping, and establish data quality rules to support business analytics. Works with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure accurate, high quality data that aligns with business needs. Responsibilities - Strong experience in building data models that support analytics and data pipelines needs. - Experience in designing and implementing models within data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics, ensuring data is well organized and easily accessible for downstream consumers. - Data Mapping from various enterprise source systems, define data relationships, and set data quality rules to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Address data gaps or quality issues in collaboration with Data Engineers and align with Architects on data standards. - Perform data validation and implement processes to detect and resolve inconsistencies for reliable data insights. - Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis. - Prior experience in modeling financial or banking data is highly desirable. - Ability to translate data findings and collaborate with cross functional teams effectively. - Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in data modeling, data mapping, and analysis, with expertise in SQL. - Proven ability to design and implement models for data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics. - Strong experience in defining data relationships, data quality rules and resolving inconsistencies. - Experience with financial or banking data modeling is preferred. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and translate findings effectively.
