Job Description Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking a skilled Java + Kafka Professional to join our client's dynamic team. This pivotal role is for a developer with strong expertise in Java with Spring Boot and significant hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. You will be instrumental in building scalable microservices, integrating with diverse data sources, and deploying solutions in cloud-native environments. Key Responsibilities - Backend Development: Develop robust and scalable backend applications using Java with Spring Boot. - Event Streaming: Implement and manage high-performance data pipelines and event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka. - Microservices & APIs: Design, develop, and deploy microservices and REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between system components. - Database Management: Work proficiently with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. - Containerization & DevOps: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated software delivery. - Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms. Skills - Strong experience in Java with Spring Boot. - Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. - Proficiency in designing and developing microservices. - Expertise in creating and consuming REST APIs. - Solid understanding of cloud platforms. - Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Java developer with a strong focus on Kafka.
