Technical Services - Senior Research Associate

- Main tasks: Lead the projects, optimize existing test methods, developing new test protocols etc., to support Customer and/or research projects
- Executing lab trials and developing application insights to offer strong technical support to business opportunities
- Develop consumer mindset to translate technical data into presentation and sales material. Involve in designing value proposition and producing technical data for sales material
- Other tasks:
- Preparing and maintaining of SOP & EOP. Responsible for equipment calibrations. Managing inventories of chemicals, raw materials, other lab requirements. Actively participate in safety audits & follow and lead all the safety guidelines

Will be working with team of Research associates & scientists in the lab and stakeholders will be sales / account team, ITS, procurement, global team

- Industrial/technical background
- Sound knowledge of detergent chemistry and hands on experience of handling detergents in formulating and application is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge on enzymes and their functions, fields of application.
- B.E (Biotechnology) / MSc Chemistry / Biochemicstry / Biotechnology

Relevant Professional Skills

- Research / quality / application with a sound knowledge of chemistry and working in lab. Knowledge and hands on experience in the field of biotechnology / biochemistry most likely preferred. Sound knowledge of detergent chemistry and hands on experience of handling detergents in formulating and application is an added advantage.
- MS Office Applications, MS Office, preparing presentations, creative knowledge on preparing new demos, collaterals, fliers, catalogues for customer meetings

Years Of Relevant Experience

- 5- 7 years

- English
- Hindi good to have
- Personal/behavioral skills
