Responsibilities:

- Perform gap analysis and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
